I spend my days in the middle of people work. Advising, coaching, facilitating, usually in the room where the friction actually is.
Here's a pattern I keep hearing from the leaders I work with. You're carrying a lot. The ground keeps moving under you. And most of what hits your inbox adds to the noise instead of helping you cut through it.
So this is the opposite of that.
When I come across something genuinely useful, a tool, a conversation, a shift worth paying attention to, I send it. No schedule. No monthly quota to fill. You'll hear from me when I have something worth your time, and not before.
